What distinguishes these reservations?
Unlike hotels and resorts, these accommodations do not allow any type of standardization, depending on the province, the city and even the area, the offer may varies substantially.
This circumstance prevents us from selling specific houses, we rent categories of accommodation based on minimum conditions guaranteed by the contract with the owner, who may or may not reside in the property, in case of renting rooms, but it will always include a private bathroom and air conditioning.

They are sites that offer rooms or complete residences with conditions very similar to those enjoyed by the locals. Very common in cities or small towns, where the owner offers other additional services to guests. They are small rooms.
It is recommended for young travelers, on a limited budget, who do not give much importance to the chosen place to spend the night. It is usually combined with transfers "Connecting Cuba" for travel between provinces.
